 Due to the Lenten Services and Luncheons we will have no Family Night Suppers again until Wednesday, April 24, 2024.

The Committee on Nominations will hold a brief meeting on Tuesday, September 12th, at 6:00pm in the conference room

 In observance of the Labor Day holiday on Monday, September 4, 2023, the church office will be closed

Classes resumed on Monday, January 30, 2023 for our 4K-5th grade princesses. Classes will be every Monday afternoon from 5:00 pm—6:00 pm.

Grace’s Sunday School Classes  Children’s Class - Conference Room  Youth’s Class - Youth Room  Adult’s Class - Sanctuary All of the classes start at 9:45 am and are led by members of Grace who give of their time and talents to teach us about the word of God. The youngest class even gets a treat and drink while learning a valuable lesson. Vickie Phillips is ready to teach the youth about all the wonders of being a Christian. And, Bob Love, Larry Goff, Allan Charles, and Leroy Kennedy focus on teaching all aspects about being a Christian in the adult class. We hope you will join us in one of these meaningful classes. 

We are so appreciative of all donations to our Children’s Ministry Fundraisers. Spaces are still available on our Summer Fundraiser Calendars for donations. We are extremely excited to report that Mike Farr has completed painting our Children’s room. Buddy Blackmon, Stewart Wagner, Brandon Gardner, and Brad Valentine have installed the flooring. There is still more to be accomplished. However, we are so excited with the progress. The room is bright, cheerful, and very “kid-friendly”!! Please come by to see! Many thanks to our Trustees for their expertise with this special ministry for our children.

A sign-up sheet for anyone still needing their picture taken for our church directory is located at the side entrance to the sanctuary. You may call the church office during regular working hours, also.

Thank you for your contributions to the Grace Blessing Boxes!  A special thanks to Tim Jenkins and William Stevens for their generous donation to this effort. 

Many thanks to all who contributed to the donations this month for Heartland Assisted Living and Ellen Sagar Nursing Home.  The residents were delighted to receive these items as Bingo and other prizes. 

Grace is asking for volunteers to be ready to help with the nursery when infants are present at church services.  If you would be willing to volunteer your time once a month or less, please give our Nursery Coordinator, Brooke Valentine, a call at 864-426-2776.  Your help with this ministry will be greatly appreciated.

There is a need for Altar Flowers beginning in February and throughout the year. If you would like to place flowers on the altar in honor of or in memory of someone, please call the church office at 864-427-1266 to sign up.  These flowere are usually used for two Sundays.
