Website Revamp

General Revamp

Since our website is often most people's first glance at our beautiful congregation, the website needs to be streamlined, attractive, and a true glance at our church. Therefore, we have been making and continue to make changes to our website, both in the aestetic and functional sense of the website. We want the website to be appealing, updated, and functional. We encourage you to send pictures from various church events which show our congregation to the world.

Members' Area

In the process of revamping the website, we have activated the Members' Area of the website. This area will allow us to communicate directly with our congregation and disperse information in an efficient manner. Closings and last minute announcements will be easier to dispense and announcements meant only for the congregation will be avaliable to anyone who has an account with the website. Simply click on the "Members" tab and submit your information to the "Join the Members" section, and either Dale Goff or Cole Heatherly will approve your profile.

Reorganization

To improve the functionality of the website, we will be moving around some things on the website, taking some older things down, and adding some new things. Please be patient as you may need to look around on the website to find the thing for which you are looking. After looking, you still can not find something, please feel free to email either Dale Goff or Cole Heatherly. We will be happy to assist.  We thank you for your patience and continued support in this initiative.

Social Media Initiative

Social Media is an excellent tool for getting the word out about the goings on of the church, and even showing the church off a bit to the people in our community. We urge you to take pictures and videos at church and at church events and post them. However, remember to tag the Grace United Methodist Church Facebook page when you do. And, yes, we actually have a Facebook page! Follow the link below to find it.
